In 15 minutes on foot north, you reach the "Saroco" center or, continuing along the promenade, "Platia" and Liston, where you’ll find cafés and many shops under the Venetian arcades.



The kitchen is fully equipped, and you have exclusive use of the washing machine, TV, and air conditioning. Street parking is available nearby, and public transport is within easy reach. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. The beach is just a short stroll. Events are not allowed.
