This luxurious villa of a new standard is in a quiet location in the west of the island of Corfu, just 25km from Corfu town. You can get to the accommodation either along the coastal road or through the mountainous inland area. Both routes are to be recommended in terms of their landscape.
The veranda with its comfortable bamboo sofas is ideal for cosy hours and the perfect place to relax. You can enjoy unique sunsets here. On the edge of the site there is a gazebo, from which you can enjoy a fabulous view of the sea below. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and wine grapes are cultivated in the garden. All the rooms in the house afford a great view of the surroundings. There is also a terrace with a grill.
The villa was decorated according to a concept that combines modern and simple elements, using a number of natural objects. These give the house a certain warmth and guests feel at home here. The house is on two floors. Each floor has a living room with a fireplace. Three of the four bedrooms are on the upper floor, along with a fully fitted bathroom with two washbasins, a big bath and a balcony. All the rooms have a unique décor with some exotic decorative items from foreign countries. The big rooms and many windows allow plenty of daylight into the house. The living rooms are comfortably furnished. The living room on the ground floor has an adjoining dining space, between the veranda and the bedroom, and there is also an adjoining, fully-equipped, open kitchen, made of elegant wood and with a big oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The second bathroom with a shower is on the ground floor.
The secluded sandy beach at Kannouli is accessed via stairs. As it is otherwise difficult to access, you are mostly undisturbed there. The sea is very flatly shelved and therefore also suitable for smaller children. You can use the mud on the slopes of the beach to have a mud bath with healing effects, and feel like you are in a natural wellness area. There are shops and entertainment just 4km from the villa and it is 27km to the airport.
