"we have stayed here many times in the past 9-10 years. we golf at Greenhorn Creek golf course,enjoy dinner at their restaurant. The cottage is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We usually just bring food for breakfast so the need for a fully stocked kitchen is not a high priority. It is adequate stocked for our needs. "The house is beautiful! Decorated so cute. Very spacious. Amenities…WOW! They have thought of EVERYTHING!! The downstairs game/theater room was a hit for our young adult kids (ages 15-22). "I really can't say enough about this property. The location is perfect, right on Washington Street, the main thoroughfare in Sonora. The entire town is walkable from here. The property itself is maintained in excellent condition - especially considering that it's well over 100 years old. The bedroom at the rear of the unit is quiet and comfortable. "Ease of entry, layout, comfort and cleanliness all great. It’s a bit run down with blinds that don’t work, a big hole in the back screen door and bbq appears to no be cleaned on the regular ( the grease catch was full)."
