Great location!
Great location for skiing at Copper. Just a short walk to the Center Village lifts. We loved the ski lockers and covered parking spot. Condo was comfortable and roomy for 3 people, it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an incredible value for the money, and the owner was so helpful and communicative. It's a very short walk to the slopes, well set up, cute and unique decor, comfortable beds and sitting areas, well-stocked kitchen. I will definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo in the Center Village
We stayed in this Summit House condo for 6 full days/7 nights. The location is just a short walk to the chairlifts in the Central Village. The building is clean, parking and locker rooms are convenient. The condo itself is quiet, great mountain view through big windows and balcony. Cozy living room. Spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds was good to relax after day skiing. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Cons are: a bit warn out kitchen supplies, e.g. pens and pots, a very noisy dishwasher (don’t turn it on at night), light under the microwave didn’t work, the bathroom strongly smelled somebody’s cooking.

Cozy, Convenient, Great Vibe!
This place was exactly what we were looking for! Unpretentious, super cozy, convenient, beautiful views. Not cookie cutter or generic -has good energy! Was very clean and felt super homey. Loved the vintage ski gear and signs. Owners were very detailed with instructions - checking in, parking and everything was seamless. We would love to stay again sometime. Quick 3 min walk to heart of Center Village.

Fantastic location
Even though this is an “older” property, the building is on an excellent location and well kept. The condo is cozy and very comfortable. It’s only a very short walk to the ski lift . We definately will return👍

Perfect place to stay
This place is perfect. Kitchen is fully equipped. Very close to lift chair and center village. We really enjoyed the view from the window. The space is comfortable. We love the fireplace and humidifier. I definitely recommend this place. The management is very responsive.

The stools at the bar are too high and might need to be cut down a few inches. The bedding needs to be updated. Overall I loved the place.

Location and space
The best part about this property is definitely the location at center village — just a short walk to the American eagle lift. It’s also really spacious for a one bedroom, wonderful for 3 people, would also fit 4 people comfortably. The unit itself is quite dated but very clean and overall comfortable. I thought it was overpriced for our weekend, but given we booked last minute and there were few other options (plus the challenges in finding a parking reservation this year), it was well worth it.

Almost great
This unit was well appointed even with needing some updating. The size suited the two of us and the beds were comfortable. The negatives were the the older uncomfortable sectional in the living room, the outlets that needed replacement because they wouldn’t hold our plug ins and the over heating refrigerator that seemed to run continuously putting out excess heat and odor due to dirt clogged cooling coils. This affected the heating since the thermostat was on the the wall next to the refrigerator. The managing staff was very responsive and friendly.

Great location, could use some updating
Large, one bedroom (fits two beds), one bath. Nice location and views. Easy check-in. Approx two blocks walk to American Eagle, and if you hit right trail back, you can ski most of the way back to the condo. Why did I deduct one star? The mattresses could really use an upgrade. Our daughter ended up on the couch the second night and said it was a better sleep. My wife and I did not sleep well on the mattress. Lack of sleep is tough on a ski trip. But management was very nice. We left a pillow and they made arrangements for us to pick up.

Close to lifts and trails

Nice place to stay while skiing
My wife and I stayed at the condo for 4 days while we skied. It was in a great location with easy walking to the lift. The view also was great. Only downside was that the bathroom is small but that wouldn’t keep us from staying again. The condo is very comfortable and we had a nice stay.

Amazing, cozy place to stay
We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. It was exactly as listed. From the moment we walked in and saw the cozy fireplace and the beautiful view of the mountains I knew we were in for a relaxing time. Very close to the ski slopes and village which made it easy to pop back in for lunch after skiing all morning. There is even a locker downstairs for all your gear so you don't have to lug it back to your condo...brilliant! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom with 2 queen beds were comfortable. We had an awesome time and we will definitely stay here again!!!

Great location! Everything was Easy
Everything about this condo is easy. It's fully equipped, easy check in, easy to walk to the village and ski lifts. It's spacious enough and comfortable for 2. Four would be doable, but crowded. You all better know each other well. Overall, great stay and l'd stay again on my next trip to Copper Mountain.

Fine and safe place to stay. Nothing great or outstanding. Old building that gets stuffy in the halls and upstairs with summer heat, no air conditioning, suite we stayed in had comfy couch and descent beds, Some of the pots and pans are very old and all scraped up they need to be changed, it just is so dated related to flooring, cabinets, sinks, beds & bedroom furniture...but fine if not looking for a nice and comfy stay

Four of us had a wonderful time with perfect skiing weather. Close to everything and just the right amount of room to eat, watch a little TV and go to bed early so we could get a full day of skiing in.

This condo is so cozy with the fire going and the separate bedroom with all rooms having gorgeous views. We loved all the unique pieces of furniture, The hammered copper breakfast table the old, possible butcher block living room table. Everything was provided for making meals and the location was perfect. We will definitely return, Kristy James

Close to Center Village and bus stops. Nice that we (only myself and 2 kids) didn't have to strip beds, etc. Just make sure it was picked up. I think the bathroom toilet has a bit of a leak (from the back?). Looks like it has been that way for awhile. Would hate for you guys to have issues down the road. I would like to stay here again next year. Thank you! I do wish there was an accessible hot tub.

This condo had enough for the 4 of us - two parents and two teens. The kitchen area was large enough that we ate-in each night during our four-night stay while skiing in January. It was clean and priced fairly for the size and location. The views are beautiful and the gas fireplace was very warm.

Great location on the mountian, very clean and inviting condo
This great condo was our home for a long weekend at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. Very clean when we arrived, and had all the necessities for our stay (kitchen well outfitted, towels and linens all provided). Location close to Center Village was great, literally 3 minute walk to the Pitchfork lift to get you to the main lifts. View from condo is not the ski mountain, but an awesome view of the neighboring mountian range. When we come back to Copper Mountain will be sure to lease this condo again!

Comfortable and cozy
The condo was in a great location - just a few minutes walk to American Eagle Lift. We had covered parking and a ski storage locker. The kitchen was well stocked.The only negative was that we could have used a few more shower towels (we had three for the three of us). The communication (email and text) was clear about checking in and out. We would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it highly.

The condo, location and amenities were exactly as represented. The bonus was how clean it was. The building and condo are a bit dated but the fact everything was so clean trumped all that. The furnishings are rustic and charming. Generous amounts of tp, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and bath soap. Location very convenient to Center Village. We were not disappointed with a thing and appreciate the accurate description of the property. Yes, we will be back.

Cute Place, Great view!
We really liked the place. It was pretty warm, it was a bit disappointed that there wasn't an ac in the condo or even a fan to just circulate some air but it had a beautiful view. The last 2 days the elevator was broken in the complex and a gentlemen that claims to live there says that happens all the time so the 3 flights of stairs were a bit cumbersome but we managed. The covered parking is a great bonus. My husband and I would recommend this condo. The copper mountain resort in the summer months is basically deserted and a lot of the shops are closed. The views are breathtaking.

The owner gave me great instructions and there are plenty of spaces to park if people come up to ski with you during the day. The condo had everything you would want and easy access to Central Village places to eat and things to do.

Home away from home
This condo was so comfortable, roomy and well laid out. Our family of 4 stayed here over March 2017 and were so happy with our choice! The layout of the condo is superb--big comfy couch, TV with cable in living room and bedroom, dining table with a beautiful view (especially when it snows), small balcony with 2 chairs, several benches for sitting on to put on/take off ski gear inside, cubby to hang coats and store other items right inside the door, full kitchen with 2 bar stools/microwave/dishwasher, big bedroom with 2 queen beds/dresser/closet/bedside table/couch with end tables/another great view/luggage benches, double sinks made it easier to get ready in the morning, fireplace with a fire at the flick of a switch, ski storage locker downstairs, etc. It really has everything you need to relax and enjoy skiing! Check with the owner before you shop because they provided shampoo/soap/dishwashing detergent/hand soap and some other goods that were nice not to have to purchase. There is coin laundry available on 2 floors so you can do a load of laundry and pack less! Grab a couple of sleds while you get your groceries at Safeway in Frisco. You can walk to the Green Acres slope (view from kitchen window) after the lifts are closed and do some sledding! They post signs that it isn't allowed, but the rule seems to largely be ignored. The condo includes 1 covered parking space...so nice. You will have a short walk to the shuttle stop (which isn't bad but does feel long when you are carrying skis lol) or if you are an Intermediate skier you could walk a little farther into Center Village to get on the American Flyer/American Eagle lifts. Walking to either Center Village or East Village are very easy in your regular snow boots/shoes after a hard day of skiing. The condo was not ski in/ski out for us since we were beginners and spent most of our time in West Village but it might work our for someone else. Really loved this place. It was well thought out and super comfortable and were were so happy we stayed here!

Finally a condo we could afford on the mountain!!! We were so happy to find this property for the great price. We've always had to stay in a hotel in Frisco to be able afford everything and staying in this condo for the great price, and cookng our meals instead of eating out was cheaper than staying 10 miles away. And we were in the Center Village!!!! Can't say enough about what we got for our money. The condo was a huge one-bedroom, cute as can be, exceptionally clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook every meal in. Loved the vintage furniture and wall decor. Great fireplace. And the management was the best, helpful and friendly, always available. Helped us with a smile when we locked ourselves out. Hope it's available for our trip next year!

The decoration & furniture especially couch were excellent! Also had two nice TVs. The kitchen was well equipped. Condo was convenient to center village ski lift, good parking and good storage for skis. The temperature in the condo was difficult to regulate ( too hot or too cold)- the bedroom would be cold while family room hot. We were only given 4 towels for 4 people for 4 night stay and there is no washer/dryer in condo so we found one towel each for 4 days unacceptable. Also there were extra pillows but no pillowcases and pillows looked yuk without a case!
