Selv med lukkede døre, var vi ufrivilligt en del af festen. Vi kunne slet ikke nyde hotellet. Flygtede derfra, og vendte tilbage om aften, da vi skulle i seng."

It was so easy to come and go with our car to visit other parts of the region. In the evenings it was just a short five minute walk to get to the historic center of Lecce.
