"This property is in a convenient location on a main bus route to the city centre. There is also street parking if needed. The house itself is in some need of refurbishment- stained and flaking paintwork. Damaged flooring and furniture. Front door is difficult to lock and unlock. In terms of equipment it is very poorly appointed. This property should host 4 people there were only 3 plates, no spoons, 1 saucepan, no bottle opener - I could continue. There is an iron but no ironing board....

"We only slept here one night and immediately left for Dublin in the morning. It was clean and nice. We would definitely choose this again when we have more time to spend in Belfast. It was lovely to have a hair dryer provided. "

"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...
