We had a great stay when we needed a separate place of our own during a family reunion in the area. The place had plenty of room for our family of 4 and was clean, comfortable and nice after spending days at Hall Lake, Shore Acres and Bandon. A few noticeable dips in the floor underfoot and the outside look give away some of age of the structure, but other than that the cleanliness, big windows, tall ceilings, nice furnishings and a good remodel that must have happened make it feel new and updated inside for a very cozy stay.It is conveniently located just off the 101 and close to downtown.Yes, the water treatment facility is front center of the view from the deck -- but we knew that was the case beforehand and honestly it wasn't even a thought when we were there. We had open windows all night and there were no noises or odors. It was a good laugh and it was something to share funny pictures as part of the experience.Local, very close things to see if you are there for a while include the Farmers market, and a walk to and around Mingus Park. Would stay there again.
