"Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location in the historic court district makes exploring the city easy and the hotel with its staff is great. I had an amazing room with great interior, the staff both at reception, restaurant and bar were not only very polite in a sincere matter they were also extremely competent. So far the best hotel experience in America, thanks Lynchburg"

"Nice and quiet location, very quaint. It’s inside Sweet Briar’s college grounds, which on a busy day requires registration at the entry security gate, no issues there, just a quick checkpoint for college traffic safekeeping we learned.
The Inn itself is well maintained for an older building. However age is not an issue, all standard hotel amenities are up to date.
While this area is very convenient for the college, our destination was the town of Lynchburg, which worked well for our stay. All in...

"Nice hotel and convenient location. Nothing above “just average” for amenities. Nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok but nothing to put as a priority to book here. The lady serving breakfast did a fabulous job keeping food available and caring for guests. Overall nice place but nothing worth the $200+ room rate."

"Hotel is clean and well maintained. The back side of the hotel faces onto highway 29 which is loud. There were also groups of youth in the hotel parking lot next store making a fair amount of noise. If you stay on the front side of the hotel it should be no problem. Breakfast was good."
