The water in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated after a day of travelling. There is a supermarket two minutes walk and navigli is only a five minute walk. Would happily stay here again. "

"This apartment is in a great tourist area. We really enjoyed our stay. Two reasons to rent this apartment was for the washer and the daily housekeeping..
There is no washer. We had to take our laundry to a laundromat because we had relied on being able to do a load or two.
There is no housekeeping at all. We were given a set of towels per person for 9 days. I would not recommend staying here for anything longer than 2-4 days."

"Personalet var utrolige venlige. Men værelset manglede lys - to ud af tre lamper virkede ikke, tv’et manglede næsten alle kanaler, de sidste to dage var der ikke varmt vand og på de fire dage opholdet varede, fik vi ikke gjort værelset rent. Gjorde opmærksom på lys og tv men tre besøg og kun 1 lampe blev fixet. Opgav at klage over resten. Renovering af et andet værelse på etagen gav utrolig meget larm"

Da vi kom op på værelset, var der ingen sæbe hverken til at vaske hænder eller til kroppen. Der manglede også håndklæder.
Da vi sagde det til personalet, var svaret, vi har ikke mere. Vi tog selv nogle håndklæder fra en vogn og selvom jeg skrev herinde og til hotellet, fik vi først sæbe den sidste dag om eftermiddagen. Værelset var pænt nok, men kopper og tallerkener var beskidte.

"Vores ophold på Sonder Manzoni var et af de bedste ophold vi har haft på en ferie. Beliggenheden var god ift. centrum, udsigten fra vores værelse (6. sal) var fænomenal og standen på rummet kunne man ikke sætter en eneste finger på. Hvis der skulle være et lille forbedringspunkt, og det er meget lille, så skulle det være, at der manglede sengelamper. Der var ikke andet lys i stuen end det store loftlys. "
"Great location really close to the duomo. We arrived 30 minutes before checkin and was told that our room was not ready yet. Thats fair enough so we went for a walk. Our bags could be stored in the lobby - the man behind the desk was not very smiling or service minded. When we came back at check in time we were told that the room still wasn't ready. 10 minutes later the room was ready. We had booked a standard double room. Not the biggest room but it had what was needed. But it was tired with chunks missing around the doors, scratched headboard and the cleaning was not great - found other peoples hair in the bathroom. The room was to the front of the building so a bit noisy because of the trams - we knew that so not a criticism. On the second night the security light in the room started to flicker and it couldn't be fixed so we had to move to another room. They only had suites left so we got one of those. A whole different experience. New decor, larger, to the back of the building so quiet and clean. Great morning buffet but the waiters looked like they were really tired of their jobs. The beds were to the firm side. Would we return ? not sure - maybe try to find something similar in the area."
