Hoteller med aircondition i Constantine

"This hotel asked me to pay cash, which was what I wanted. I paid them at arrival and everything was good, so I did not even ask for a receipt. HUGE mistake as they charged me for the room over my card anyway and this way I have paid twice. I did complain through Hotels.com and I just got the answer that "After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver"..."

"Check in experience was terrible. Numerous staff with all of them clueless. Expedia rate includes breakfast yet not willing to honour this. Average rooms."

"Staffs are helpful and kind. Very considerate."
