Had booked 2 rooms. At check in requested them in same vicinity and was told that all rooms were already set so they couldn’t accommodate the request. Felt like that could be an easy switch and request to accommodate.
Towel quality is terrible. Can upgrade these. "

"The service people were nice and friendly but the hygiene level was very poor.
The first night I got a lot of bites from fleas (It´s a pet friendly hotel and you meet both cat´s and dogs) so I asked to be moved to another room.
While conducting my morning shaving I noticed a flea enjoing breakfast from my foot........
Now 14 days later I am still scratching my more than 100 bites and I look like a leper.........
Stay away unless you travel with animals and don´t care

"We chose this Choice Hotel because we are Choice members plus the location and the cost for two separate rooms. The hotel is an older Inn, but was very clean and we did see a few room updates. You could see wear and tear but it satisfied our wants and needs. The employees were very nice and we had no issues while our one night stay. The location was 40 minutes away from the Hershey Park Stadium for a concert."

"Has a terrible smell, stains on the bed sheets, there is no breakfast buffet there are bagels and coffee, eggs and sausage were in a dirty pan. The pictures of the hotel online are from a long time ago. Hotel needs an upgrade !"

"The property is old and needs revamping fast! The staff is above and beyond Melissa was the best so kind and helpful! I really hope they soon remodel this building as they promise good help is very hard to find! I hope they realize that and pay these people better for working so hard in a place that needs to be remodeled! The owners should really do something for the employees they made the stay worth it not this building!!"

"Vi valgte Lancaster som stop-over mellem Niagara Falls og Washington og fordi vi gerne ville besøge Amish-folket. Selve hotellet er OK og værelset var stort. Beliggenheden var også OK men selve området var kedeligt ud til en typisk USA landevej med mange fast food muligheder. Vores værelse vendte væk fra vejen, så beliggenheden var rolig."
