Though we met kind strangers and viewed indescribable beauty in our travels around Ireland, the isolated, quiet and luxury of the Connemara Sands was a balm for our souls and a treat to the senses. The menu was thoughtful and the food first class; the accommodations were roomy and tasteful with views of the Connemara landscape and sheep roaming cliffside. "Smagfuldt indrettet med god sans for kvalitet. Senge, dyner, sengetøj og håndklæder meget bedre end man ellers finder det på B&B steder (og mange hoteller). Hyggelige og rummelige værelser med flot udsigt. Morgenmaden var helt fantastisk. Venlig og hjælpsom vært. Kan varmt anbefales!"

"Words cannot express how wonderful this cottage and our stay was! The cottage and the surrounding area are beautiful. (We absolutely loved the kitchen and the views). Our host Liam gave excellent recommendations; we loved horseback riding on the beach and hiking Diamond Hill. The beaches are a must see! Guys Bar in the downtown area had great food and servers. We miss being there and hope to return in the future."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay with this wonderful hospitality team. Yes, the lodge is in the middle of nowhere but that’s the point. Plenty to do in the countryside or within 15 minutes drive, and wonderful food awaits you upon returning. Not sure we’ll ever make it back, but encourage you to spend at least one if your Connemara nights by the cozy fires at the Lach Inach Lodge. "
