"What a beautiful home! If we needed a place for a larger group I would absolutely stay here! We only needed a very small space so we stayed in the basement room which was perfect...large bathroom, laundry, kitchen and right on the river! Definitely a winner!"

"Perfect location, easy to find and check in was a breeze. We arrived much later than planned and the porch light was turned on for us. It was a small gesture, but very much appreciated. The house was spotless, cute and super comfy. The house rules were super simple and clear. Nicole was very responsive with communication. We look forward to staying again. Hopefully we'll get a chance to use the firepit next time. "

"The place was clean and wonderfully located. It was two small blocks off the trail and near a wonderful coffee shop. There was a laundramat nearby -- which we desperately needed after riding all day in the rain. The "extra" kitchen space helped us get organized and dry out. Thank you!"

"Great location and accommodation! We loved the place for what we needed. Love all the amenities in the house and unique feel. The only thing that we didn’t expect is that we were under the impression this was a more secluded house away from other people and with more back yard space, but it’s one of a few different condos connected to each other. We still enjoyed our experience though. "

"ZEN house was perfect for me and my friends while we spent two days trip kayaking the lower Youghiogheny river. Perfect location, close to the river and nearby restaurants. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable, with welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces where we could gather together or have some private time. Plus so many available games, and a massage chair to ease those sore kayaking muscles! Thank you, Tricia, for being so easy to communicate with, and for preparing such a great place...

"We hiked in off the trail to stay for a night. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and answered any questions we had. The house has a 1970s feel with a cool living room couch that runs the length of the room. We listened to records and there was a ping pong table and plenty of board games. Artwork was cool. Renovated showers were nice and clean. Wallpaper in upstairs bath reminded me of a pattern my mother had on both a stroller and a picnic bag! There was a choice of 3...
