"Great hotel"

"Most staff was kind and very helpful. Property older but clean. But I was very frustrated to be charged for water bottles I was given upon arrival without asking. When I mentioned it at check out, I was told that it couldn’t be refunded. The price was outrageous. I’m very disappointed as this is a hotel chain that we seek out and had found to be reliable."

"This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink."

"At the front desk when we checked in at 8:00 PM, they provided us with a key card to room and when we were walking to the room, the couple cleaning told us that our room was not ready and that we can go to the room that they just are about to finish cleaning. Then they made a phone call. "Property needs improvements. They need to do a better job with the cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom, stained bed sheets. Location is convenient."
