- A dedicated EV charger is available
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
- Hens, bucks, school leavers and party bookings are not permitted. Bookings that do not comply with this policy will be cancelled.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
- There is no garage access.
- A small starter pack of kindling is supplied. Firewood can be purchased from nearby service station.
- External security cameras are installed at the property for security purposes. Their locations are as follows:
- Front door: Doorbell camera at the main entrance.
- Driveway: Located at the top corner of the deck, overlooking Kurrajong Crescent, the driveway and the front fences.
- Rear deck: Located above the rear deck gate, overlooking the rear deck.
- Backyard: Located near the laundry door, facing the front wall towards Lake Conjola Entrance Road.
