The 150 sqm Villa Fuentes at the Costa de la Luz is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with the family. The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 rooms with 2 single beds, 1 room with 3 single beds and 2 double beds) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a TV, a washing machine and a baby cot. You can also enjoy a large shared garden with an outdoor pool (shared with 4 other vacation rentals). Your private covered terrace invites you to enjoy meals with your loved ones outside. A barbecue is also available for your use. The nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is located under 5 km from the accommodation (9-minute drive). Numerous shopping facilities and restaurants are located in Conil de la Frontera, only 2 to 3 km from the villa away. The old port city of Andalusia, Cádiz, is ideal for a lovely day trip. There you can walk in the footsteps of the seafarers from the 16th century. You can reach Cádiz in 35 minutes by car (45 km). To the airport of Jerez you need about 45 minutes by car (70 km).

Please, note that Conil Town Council has a municipal ordinance to guarantee the peaceful coexistence of citizens, by which no noise is allowed that interferes with the rest of the neighbours and/or alters the coexistence. Failure to comply with this regulation is subject to sanctions.

The villa is not rented to youth groups under 30 years of age.
