The 60 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with capsule coffee machine, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a cot.



The highlight is the private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The pool requires no guest maintenance; a service team cleans it and waters the plants twice a week.

Families with children are welcome. One pet (max. 10 kg) is allowed; stays with pets incur a cleaning surcharge available for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. The bathroom includes shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper rolls (no restocking for the entire stay), hairdryer, bath towels, a hand towel, and a bath mat.
