The Mediterranean holiday home is perfect for quiet and idyllic family holidays and invites you to relax. It is rented exclusively to families and adults aged 35 and older. Young travel groups and parties are not tolerated in the holiday resort. Please also note that from 10 p.m. the night's rest must be observed.



In the popular town of Conil de la Frontera, this beautifully furnished, three-storey holiday home La Casa de la Dehesa is ideally located close to the centre and the beach. It is part of a quiet complex with several houses sharing a communal garden and an outdoor pool (open from the 15th of June). The holiday home has a comfortable living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) as well as 1 further bathroom on the first floor and offers space for 6 persons. The child-friendly holiday home is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV with international programmes, a baby cot and a highchair. From the living room you reach the furnished, fenced-in sun terrace, whose sides are decorated with Mediterranean plants. Here you can enjoy your meals together and will soon be at the large community pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. On the balcony with lounge furniture and on the roof terrace you can end the evening with a glass of wine. The nearest beach, Playa de la Fontanilla En Conil, is only 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket is 250 m away. A selection of restaurants, bars and cafés is located 1.2 km from the centre of Conil.

Pets are allowed (on request).

The community pool is open from mid-May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions).

An indoor swimming pool and rentable sports fields are in the immediate vicinity.
