"When we first got to the hotel we noticed it was very outdated. Check-in was smooth. When we walked into the room there was a bug on my pillow and I threw it on the floor and left it there our whole 2 night stay. There were brown stains on the “fresh” towels that were given to us by a staff member. There was no breakfast option, everything felt dirty, and the parking lot was sketchy.
