"Reef View Pavilion is not what we expected at all. Pictures at hotel.com are stunning but reality is that the place is not in a condition I would recommend anyone for that price. Essentially it is at the same condition as I would expect a hostel in Chile, Peru or Bolivia where I have travelled a lot. "The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"The bed was very uncomfortable. The plumbing was terrible. The shower had mold in it. For some reason, the toilet was sitting extremely high. The pool area needs to be redone.
