"Breakfast was first come first serve. Started at 7am, got to the lobby by 8am and Breakfast was done. No hot water for shower. Property is ghetto. "

"The whole stay was horrible. Housekeeping never came the entire stay and cleaned the room .I slept in the same sheets and blankets I did when I first stayed there . I had to do most of the cleaning myself. And there were bugs we got bit by and we constantly had to go to the front desk for towels and cups and such "

"there were no issues with the property. the only issue was that the check in clerk was not as nice. there was a snow storm and she would not let anyone check in prior to 3pm. the hotel was not full, so we had to sit in the lobby until 3pm and not 1 minute earlier. the rest of the staff was great. would stay again. "The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Our room also had a great kitchen setup with a stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and even plates and utensils, which was a really nice bonus.
