Centre Pointe is a residential community in Concord, California, featuring 99 single-family homes that are closely spaced but not connected. The development opened to the public with model homes a few months prior to 2007.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 5 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $30 per night per guest. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 12. Please read the bed arrangements carefully. If you may need additional beds and blankets on top of what we have, please reach out to us before the reservation.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Pet Fee and Rules:
Our standard pet fee of $500 covers only 1 pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property.

Please note: There is a staircase inside the house going to the second level. Please be cautious, especially with children and elderly guests.
