This listing is composed of two private spaces. The larger house is a 4 bed, 2 bath (one master suite) with a large open living-space, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. 3 bedrooms boast queen size beds and the fourth, which doubles as game room, has 2 twins. The Guest House is a cozy, 2 bed, 1 bath with a full kitchen, a 4-person dining area and comfortable living room space.

The space
Open the beautiful doors into our large modern living space. As you enter, please leave your shoes at the door since many little fingers touch our floors.

Relax in the living room with 65" TV smart tv or hang out at the kitchen/dinning area with fully stocked kitchen. Through the living room, walk down the hall to the first bedroom on the right. A queen size bed, dedicated work area and a large closet is ready. Back in the hallway, the door on the left is the shared bathroom. This brand new bathroom has a walk-in shower, modern vanity and mirror and toilet. Walk past the bathroom to another bedroom with a queen bed, workspace and closet. Around the corner and down the hall is a master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom. With a queen bed and dedicated workspace, this bedroom has access to the deck that can also be accessed from the living room.

Back to the living room and through the kitchen is our final bedroom with a twin daybed and a pullout twin trundle. This space also doubles as a game room. The game room is fully equipped with multi game table (mini pool table, air hockey, foosball and table tennis). On the wall is a dry erase board to keep track of your score.

In the corner you will find a board game center. Enjoy playing chess, checkers, TicTacToe, backgammon, poker and other card games.

The Guest House can be accessed from the backyard or through the gate in the driveway. From the driveway gate, walk into a private patio space. The beautiful barn doors open up to the guesthouse living-space. The living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV on a wall mount that turns up to a 45 degree angle. The dining table seats 4 people comfortably. Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms featuring queen size beds and a bathroom with full size shower, modern sink and toilet. The fully stocked modern kitchen opens up to the backyard.

Guest access
Guests will have full access of the entire property grounds. Your door code will work on all the keyless entry locks.

Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars parked side by side and tandem. Please follow painted parking lines.

This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running and cycling.

We are located just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to get around the Bay Area.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
