All holidays, including spring break, will be charged at the peak rate.

Brand new home with a pool in the Hearstone subdivision. Seven bedrooms, seven and a half baths. This home will accommodate up to 33 guests. Has an outdoor entertainment area with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and a wood/charcoal grill. Outdoor TV and speakers for streaming music. An outdoor fire pit for toasting s'mores. Stay at this unique home for a time you will cherish forever.

What to Bring:
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases (pillows and bedspreads are provided) (see below
in the miscellaneous section regarding the ability to rent linens)
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dish washing, laundry, and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
