Gather for backyard cookouts around the barbecue pit, enjoy friendly games of horseshoes, or get the whole crew together for a lively round of volleyball. With plenty of space to relax and play, this home offers the perfect setting to create lasting traditions and unforgettable family moments.”

Big Oak has 2 private bedrooms with 2 full beds each, 2 private bedrooms with 1 full bed & 1 king bed in each, 1 semi-private bedroom with 2 full beds, and 1 private bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, 4 full bathrooms, 1 full size futon in each of two living rooms, two fireplaces, full kitchen with two refrigerators and a full size upright freezer. Outside under a giant oak tree is a large rock patio which has fire pit, BBQ pits, and picnic tables. This large rock home is located near the Flip Flop Pit Stop convenience store, and the nature trails. The home has a volleyball area, basketball court, and horseshoe pits in the side yard. Horseshoes are furnished; you will need to bring a basketball and volleyball.


To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

• Daily garbage pick up service
* Starter pack 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen trash bags, small dish soap, and small amount of dishwasher soap.

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap

• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
