The 38 m² apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A high chair is available on request.



The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room offers a sofa bed for one person. On the furnished terrace with barbecue, you can enjoy your holiday while sharing a meal or a glass of local wine. Another highlight is the shared outdoor area with a year-round pool, hot tub, sun loungers, and a covered terrace, offering wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.



The area is ideal for hiking, for example in the nearby Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama Natural Park. Cómpeta, with its steep streets and beautiful white houses, is also worth a visit. Numerous restaurants and cafés can be found in the village, which is a 14-17 minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is 550 m from the property. The Costa del Sol and its sandy beaches are a 33-minute drive away.



Free parking is available on nearby streets. Pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee. A cot is available on request. Bed linen and towels are included.
