Linen All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary portable cot. BYO beach/swimming pool towels.

Property Specific Notes Island is accessible by ferry or by boat (part of the unique experience).
Ferry runs between 6.00am and 9.50pm.
No ferry service betweenam and 7.00-7.30pm.
Ferry is closed on the first Tuesday of every month from 9.00am to 3pm for servicing.
Comerong Island Nature Reserve is covered in dense native wetlands
4WD vehicles are recommended for exploring the island.
Property runs on rainwater and well water – please use water responsibly.
Boats are not to be washed on site due to limited water.
Quiet area—strict noise guidelines apply to respect neighbours and nature.
This property has external security cameras located at the entrance covering the driveway, and boatshed covering the private boat ramp.
Property has a detached garage. Guests Do Not have access to the garage.
NSW National Parks prohibits dogs on Comerong Island to protect native wildlife; the area is a sanctuary for nesting birds.
Due to the location, the WiFi signal can vary. WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.
Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do NOT accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
