## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this cozy and well-appointed apartment includes:
- a room with two single beds (90x190);
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (140x190);
- a balcony and a terrace to take in the air and enjoy the view of the Mont Blanc range;
- a ski room.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: raclette machine, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, iron, etc.

Household linen is not included but can be rented. The Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to propose it to you.
The arrival is scheduled at 5 PM, but can be advanced depending on availability upon request by SMS to the Concierge.

You will have access to a parking/ garage during your stay.

The apartment is ideally located:
- Access to the ski area of "Combloux" and Megève" Ski (station of the Princess).
- 6 minutes drive from the biotope water, a natural outdoor pool for refreshing swimming in summer.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Saint-Nicolas church in Combloux, 3 minutes by car;
- 4-season hikes at 6 minutes;
- the Cascade de la Belle au Bois at 12 minutes, and many more.

## Emplacement
Combloux is located in the Pays du Mont-Blanc, leaning against the Aravis chain, facing the Mont-Blanc and Fiz chain, with a 360° panorama.
Combloux is 32 km from Chamonix and Albertville, 5.5 km from Megève and 8 km from Sallanches. Geneva is 65 km away and Annecy is 84 km away.
The village of Combloux would have been populated since the 12th century. The name of Combloux appears for the first time on a parchment dating from 1284, on which is a seal adorned with a wolf’s head. Among the possible etymologies, it is this "Cumba Lupis": La Combe aux Loups, which is generally retained.
Traditions are very present in Combloux, between its typical hamlets with many farms still in operation, its traditional festivals in the summer involving the folk group and the drum fanfare, and its flares in winter.
The gastronomy is widely present in the resort: farcement (grated potatoes, cream, eggs, raisins and prunes), potato fritters; charcuterie; rissoles with fruits; jams; cheese (tomme and reblochon).
