"After having read the good reviews and seen pictures of the spa, we stayed here for two nights in a room downstairs in the main building. When we arrived we were very dissapointed!! The place call themselves a mountain spa resort, but it is a very run down place (the room is ok) with a big road between the lake (in picture it is right in front). The service is non existing and you cant buy anything before 9 pm when "dinner" is prepared in a microwawe in the restaurant. Barking dogs everywhere...

"Para empezar, una chica de la recepción nos hizo sentir incómodos por su actitud de desconfianza pidiéndonos tarjetas de respaldo y demás, fue tan exigente que al final del día el control de la TV de la habitación nos tocó pedirlo varias veces hasta que lo entregaron, por otro lado al momento de hacer check out no fueron capaces de mantenernos los equipaje mientras íbamos a una excursión corta hasta las 2 pm, lo que nos tocó ir con todos los equipajes a la excursión, jamás había vivido una...
