The space
All the house and garden is your own personal private use
The house has 3 bedrooms; 1 kingsized room, 1 twin room and 1 single.
We also have a travel cot for baby (high chair, stair gates and baby bath)
A dog bed, toys and bowls on hand for pups too!
Upstairs a large bathroom with roll top bath and shower, downstairs toilet.
Lounge with two 3 seater sofas, arm chair and smart tv
Kitchen/ dinner with seating for 6, gas oven and hob, dishwasher.

Large garden is fully enclosed and very bird friendly.

Private drive for 2 cars
Guest access
Whole property is for your sole use driving your stay. Access via a key safe. Code for this will be given on the morning of check in.

We are in "costa del Rhos" minutes walk from our superb sandy beach!
Within driving distance of the 4 UNESCO World Heritage Castles of Wales , 10 minutes from Conwy Castle (recently voted the most beautiful Castle in the whole of Europe) , 35 minutes to Caernarfon castle where the Prince of Wales was invested, 40 minutes to Beaumaris Castle on Anglesey, just over an hour to Harlech.
Just over the little orme (which is home to herd of Seals) from Queen of seaside resorts Llandudno.
