"Booked a stay for a concert. Did not have our room ready at 4pm...did not have it ready until 7pm. We had to check our bags and get ready in the bathroom. When we got back we had to wait for an elevator for over 1/2 hour. It was on the 12th floor so I wasn't about to take the stairs with a bad knee. Won't be staying at a hyatt again."

"Nice place to stay with my daughter and granddaughters. The rooms were clean and we were close enough to Busch Stadium that we could walk to the concert we were in town to attend. The free breakfast really hit the spot. It was the best hotel continental breakfast we have had. Well done Drury!"

"The hotel is nice due to central located. However, beyond the hotel control, the neighboring buildings are abandoned and full of graffiti, so no real view of anything from the balcony. The room size was great, didn’t utilize the bar/restaurant. The downfall was the cleanliness in the bathroom and lack of water pressure in the shower. Not sure what the rules are on using bleach to clean, but the shower stall def needs it. Not sure if it was a water pressure issue or actual shower head...

"Hotel room was nice and clean when we got there. The location was nice and convenient with a store across the street. However some of the hotel staff were not unprofessional and not helpful at all. A request for room service of our room was made on the second day; front desk staff was contacted early morning and stated they’d put in a request to offer room service cleaning for us.
