The space
Treat your friends, family, and traveling companions at our stunning and HUGE three-story home. We promise that the open floor house with large bedrooms offers plenty of space for everyone in your group.
The first floor has large living room, a center room with a splendid bay window perfect for playing games, a HUGE 8-chair dining table with additional chairs, and a beautiful kitchen with large island and quartz countertops.

Want home cooked meal? How about cooking a memorable dinner in our versatile kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances that make cooking and baking so enjoyable!

The second floor has master bedroom that has a KING-SIZED BED with a private bathroom, two additional bedrooms have queen beds and a twin bed, a large bathroom with FREESTANDING tub, and laundry room a with washer and dryer.

The third floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds and twin bed with a trundle, a full bathroom, and an additional space with a queen bed. All beds have comfortable mattress and linen.

At the end of the day, you can enjoy your favorite shows on our THREE large smart 4K HD Roku TVs with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.

No worries about parking! There is an OVERSIZED TWO-CAR GARAGE and plenty of parking space on the adjacent streets.

The front porch and back patio are large and provide good outdoor space.
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful home and the amenities it has to offer.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire house. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process. If you still have questions, please contact us!
Other things to note
★ PETS are welcome!
Pets are welcome, but not in the third floor. No more than two pets at a time. A one-time pet fee applies: $75 for stays less than 30 nights and $120 for stays 30 to 90 nights.

★ NO PARTIES ALLOWED
We required you to enjoy and love our home. We must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property -- $750 fine for violation.

★ CLEANING FEES
Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning and sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS
For safety purposes, we have 2 cameras installed: one near the front door facing the front yard and another near the backdoor facing the backyard.

★ Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit, and it will be no refundable.
