The Columbus Charmer

Summary:

The Columbus Charmer has been updated throughout! Our 2 bedroom townhouse has all new furnishings and clean, fresh look. All bedrooms have extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. Furniture, fixtures, and bathroom are all also brand new. The townhouse is located in the heart of Southern Orchards next to many local restaurants and establishments. Our location offers convenient access to downtown, Convention Center, Short North, Nationwide Children's, and Expo Center!



The Space:

This upstairs unit has an oversized living space with foosball table and also a designated work space. Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy your time there. Two bedrooms with queen size memory foam beds make for a relaxing night's sleep. There is one parking space in the back for convenient parking and street parking is open and plentiful.



The Neighborhood:

Our house is tucked away, in a quiet street in the Southern Orchards neighborhood. It is a quaint area, just a few minutes east of Downtown Columbus. There are lots of historic homes, and beautiful architecture. Our street is a very quiet street that is full of of lovely neighbors. There are some properties in our area that have been revitalized, and some properties that are still under renovation. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors, but we also understand that some guests may not feel as comfortable in a developing area such as ours. We look forward to hosting and welcoming all guests to our beautiful spot!



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
