This apartment is located in the Dublin/Hilliard area. You'll love the modern yet peaceful vibe as well as the amenities of the community and the area in general. We are the official corporate housing partner of the community and have a contract with them that allows us to rent this apartment to short-term guests.
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself — this is your private space for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is simple: after booking, we'll send you a virtual welcome booklet with your unique keypad code (changed for every guest), easy directions, and everything you need to know. GPS brings you right to the building, free parking is directly in front, and physical backup keys are on the kitchen counter.

This apartment is designed around two priorities: getting great work done and sleeping well at night.
The open-concept main area has a spacious kitchen and a comfortable living room with a 50" smart TV and DirecTV. The kitchen comes fully stocked — cookware, utensils, cleaning supplies, and everything you'll need to cook and serve full meals during a monthly stay. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
The dedicated home office is a real room with a door you can close — not a desk crammed into a corner. It's large enough to pace if that's your thing, with plenty of space and quiet you need for video calls, focused deep work, or just spreading out. WiFi runs at 619 Mbps, fast enough to handle video conferencing, large file transfers, and streaming simultaneously without a hiccup.
The bedroom has a king-size WinkBed mattress dressed in Frette linens, and the Arhaus and Pottery Barn furnishings throughout the apartment are both attractive and comfortable - pieces you might choose for your own home. The full bathroom has everything you need, including lots of fresh white towels and a starter supply of Asprey toiletries.
Step out onto the balcony for a quiet nature view — a nice reset between meetings or at the end of the day. As a guest, you also have access to the community's pools (both an outdoor and heated indoor pool) and fitness center.
This is a top-floor apartment, so you'll have no neighbors above you — just peace and quiet.
