The entry level offers hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen w/ beautiful cabinetry and quartz countertops, pantry space/coffee bar, stainless appliance package, dining space, living room, mudroom, and powder room. The second-floor offers an owner's suite and guest bedroom complete with en-suite full baths and walk-in closets w/ custom built-in shelving. Enjoy a second-floor laundry room! Guests are welcome to park in the 1 car garage in the back of property, as well as free street parking.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
