Southern Orchards is a developing urban neighborhood near Nationwide Children’s hospital undergoing rapid redevelopment. It's a diverse area, and its central location makes it easy to get anywhere around Columbus.

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM.

PARKING: If you are driving in, you can find free on street parking on either side of the street out front. We also have a small garage that can fit one car.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front porch and back exterior wall of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.
