"The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, it appeared there was only one staff member when we arrived. We had to wait a while to check in and the staff member was busy. There were no pool towels at the pool. The pool area was not well kept. The deck was dirty. The pool water was very murky. The water was not clear, we couldn’t see the bottom of the pool, and the pool area had the smell of mildew or worse, but sure. "

"The shuttle service to and from the airport, that was advertised by Expedia, has been discontinued. You will need to take an Uber. The day staff was delightful. The night desk person only offered towels when water started pouring through the bathroom ceiling light. We had an imch of water to clean up. According to the day desk person, there were other rooms open. The dark out drapes stopped 1 foot from the bottom of the window. This necessitated putting pillows behind the drape to block out...
