"As listed. Perfect place for couples to enjoy time away. Clean and well stocked. Each room was exactly the same allowing all couples to feel equally accommodated. The second smaller house on the property (separate rental that wasn't in our rental/party) is very close but this wasn't an issue for us. We were able to enjoy ourselves and I believe the other rental did too. Ample seating inside and out for all 8 in our party. We paid to use trolley Saturday, but drove ourselves Friday and Saturday....

"This place was located right in the heart of everything. It was just as described. It was clean, bed was comfortable, room temperature was as you wanted it. We were able to walk to everything. I would stay here again."

"What a lovely home! The pictures don't do the place justice, and that's because Paul & Heidi are always diligently looking to improve. Their heart and soul go into this place and it shows! We had a group of five girls total, staying at the Songbird Haus, and it was perfect, we had enough room to hang out in the kitchen, dine at the main table and lounge on the sofas for chit chat. "This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage."

"Pros: easy communication with the manager and check-in. Great porch, dock, and lake access. Home has everything we needed with welcomed warm touches for our stay. Cons: property and neighborhood do not match the photos. Parking is not as described and I would not recommend bringing a trailer or anything towed. The dirt loop to the property is washed out with ruts as of July 23. 4x4/AWD vehicle is recommended and high clearance is a must. Bottom line: This was a warm home on the lake with a...

"Very clean and met my needs well. You will be driving on dirt roads to get to the place, and I would advise getting there before dark as it's hard to find. To Casey's credit, I arrived after dark and was lost. Casey was out looking for me, and I do so appreciate that effort. So bucolic. Wake up to roosters crowing. Very peaceful. I probably wouldn't stay there again only because I was on a cross- country trip and this place, lovely as it was, is too far off the interstate."
