"This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. A lovely continental breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful and very helpful.

"Family room was huge. Very clean with new private bathroom. Aircon was great. More than enough storage space for baggage. Easy on site parking. Easy to check in and out. Bistro at hotel looked fabulous but unfortunately didn't get to eat at the venue as restaurant completely booked out and hotel was packed.
Will make sure to book at the bistro next time because we will definitely be back. I couldn't fault anything about the stay. Most definitely recommend. "

"We have stayed a few times in the granny flat and never been disappointed. Fabulous for dogs.
Bed very comfortable. Pantry and fridge well stocked, full kitchen.

As I really didn’t feel like getting back in the car, I was delighted to find a pantry full of things to make a light dinner and a delicious breakfast.

"Very clean. The staff were excellent. Room service food was delicious and delivered piping hot and quickly. Facility is aged and needs some basic maintenance, there was a tear in the carpet which was a trip hazard. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked beautifully. Overall I would recommend staying here for the cleanliness and comfort. "
