"The house is located in a nice and quiet area a 3-4 minute drive from downtown Fruita. It was clean and spacious with enough beds to accomodate all 7 of us. The couches and beds were comfortable. My kids loved the bikes. I strongly recommend this house to anyone with a large group."

"Honestly think the noise came from Holiday Inn next door. The pool was a bit dirty and had dirty socks in it but otherwise great place and stay. "

"Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!"

"There's a lot of parking, even for big trucks. The breakfast is very poor, just microwave muffins, bread, coffee and juice. My room lacked of towels and toilet paper. They didn't even bother to check and clean the fridge, there was a drink from the previous tenant. "
