The Space:

Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, this spacious multi-level home offers a flexible layout perfect for families, friend groups, and extended stays. With two living areas, four private bedrooms, and a fully fenced backyard, it’s a relaxing home base just 10 minutes from the airport.

The main living room upstairs is bright and welcoming, with cozy seating, large windows, and space to unwind. A half-level down, the second lounge offers more room to spread out, with plush furnishings, a Smart TV, and a bookshelf for reading or quiet time. Whether you're gathering as a group or enjoying solo downtime, there's a cozy corner for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials for home cooking. A complimentary coffee station with pods and a full spice rack are included. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably and opens to the backyard for effortless indoor-outdoor meals.

The quiet residential neighborhood is perfect for peaceful morning walks or evening strolls. While it’s a pleasant area to explore on foot, most restaurants, stores, and attractions are best accessed by car.



🚴 By Bike

Local roads are bike-friendly and provide a great way to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Nearby open spaces and parks make biking an enjoyable and scenic option for active guests.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
