Step in from the covered entry to a bright, welcoming living room with a deep sectional sofa, warm wood floors, and a wall mounted Smart TV. A fireplace anchors the space, and tall windows and a glass front door fill it with morning light, with an open flow into the dining room that makes it easy to keep the conversation going.



🍳 KITCHEN

The galley kitchen pairs warm wood cabinetry with speckled granite countertops and a dark mosaic tile backsplash, all finished with professional-grade stainless appliances. Tile floors carry through into the eat-in dining room, where a round table sits beneath a soft globe pendant. You will find a fully stocked kitchen, a complimentary coffee station with pods, and a complimentary spice rack ready for whatever you feel like making.

We are happy to welcome your furry friends! For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

This home has on-street parking directly in front of the house. Please note there is no garage or driveway.

🍽️ West Colorado Avenue is your dinner strip, about six minutes on foot. Cerberus Brewing pours craft beer on a big dog-friendly patio, 503W serves standout Asian fusion, and Benny's is the beloved neighborhood dive with live music. Western Omelette, just down your own street, has been the local breakfast institution since 1992.



🎨 Downtown Colorado Springs is a fifteen minute stroll east, where Tejon Street delivers boutiques, galleries, and wine bars. The Olympic and Paralympic Museum and the Fine Arts Center are both an easy walk or three minute drive.



🌄 The mountains start where the city ends. Garden of the Gods is about ten minutes by car, Manitou Springs and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway sit just beyond, and Old Colorado City's historic shopping district is five minutes west.

🚲 By Bike: Flat, quiet residential streets make for relaxed riding, with the Midland Trail and Pikes Peak Greenway nearby for longer rides along the creek corridor.

💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

❄️ Cooling Notice: Please note that this historic home does not have air conditioning. Forced-air gas heat keeps the home warm and cozy in cooler months, and Colorado Springs evenings cool down nicely in summer.
