The space
ALL INCLUDED in your semi-outdoor accommodation:

✔ Your deck has an incredible personal hot tub right on your back private room.
✔ Sunshine is an "on-grid" glamping unit with a detached bathroom with hot water, shower and toilet.
✔ Your tent, deck, bathroom, and parking space are privately yours.

We try our hardest to fulfill last-minute requests, but please do your best to give us 24-hour notice.

Enter our private property residence, drive down the hill and park right at your tent. Unload and relax. More specific check-in instructions will come later upon registration.
Other things to note
*** Wifi Included. Yay! But don’t get too used to it. Enjoy the outdoors while you’re here.
*** Other Glampers. This is one of several units on the property. We’re all much more spread out than a traditional campground, but be conscientious of space and proximity.
*** Hiking Trails. We have a few secret trails we like to share with guests, one being to Monument Rock just a mile away. We’ll have info when you get here.
*** Cleaning Tips. We hire college students and our children to clean up after you checkout. Please consider leaving a tip or send one through our app. They always put a skip in their step!
