Also on the main level is a private bedroom with a queen bed, seating area, Smart TV, and its own ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath and a full-size washer and dryer complete this level.
Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms designed for flexibility and comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an accent chair, and a dedicated desk for work or quiet reading. Another bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed plus a tucked-away sleeping nook with a twin bed and twin trundle—ideal for kids or extra guests. - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
