The space
You'll have the entire property to yourself. The home was recently updated and is in a nice, safe, quiet family neighborhood. It is close to I-25 and a quick drive to many of the local Colorado Springs attractions. The spacious house is a very comfortable space and updated with modern amenities and granite countertops. It boasts four nice sized bedrooms and a spacious kitchen, living/dining room, and back yard.

Living Room & Dining Area --
To help you relax after a long day of exploring, the cozy living room boasts a television with streaming services and local channels, a smart speaker, as well as games, puzzles books and toys for the little ones.

Kitchen
Adjacent to the living room You will find a newly updated kitchen, fully loaded, with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay. We will have tea, coffee, cream, hot cocoa & sugar available. The kitchen is also loaded up with pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender and a kettle. Additional cooking supplies, such as spices, are above the stove. Cleaning supplies are under the sink.

Dining --
The dining area has a large dining set for your family meals along with kitchen counter stool seating.

Bedrooms --
Two King size beds and two Queen sized beds are included in the four spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes it's own 4-piece bath, television, and office space. We provide high quality bedding, pillows in varying stiffness for optimum comfort, and fresh bamboo linens. Each bedroom has hangers and dressers to store your belongings during your stay.

Bathrooms --
This home has two bathrooms. A standard hallway bathroom and a very spacious master bathroom. Each bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. We also provide cotton balls, cotton swabs, makeup towels, hair dryer and extra rolls of toilet paper. We leave at least one bath towel and two wash cloths per guest, plus a few extras.

Children --
We have a few children's items for your convenience, including a high chair, pack 'n play, baby bath, games, books & toys. Stratmoor Hills Park with a playground is a five minute walk from the house.

Outdoor --
There is an inviting back deck with solar lighting, a fully fenced backyard, and a covered fire pit area that you are welcome to enjoy. You'll also have access to a propane grill.

Laundry --
A washer and dryer are available in the primary bedroom closet. It is stocked with complimentary laundry detergent and iron/ironing board.

Parking --
There is plenty of parking in the driveway and along the street. The garage is not available for guest use.

Guest Access --
The keyless entry pad on the front door will gain you access to the house anytime. A unique key code will be sent to you the day of check in and you can come an go anytime with that code.

Remote Working --
High speed WIFI is available and a workspace with a desk, lamp, & USB plugs is available in the primary bedroom.

PETS --
We are happy to host both you and your pets! This is a pet-friendly listing, for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner’s time. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit.

NO Smoking/Vaping Inside --
Smoking, in accordance with Colorado law, is permitted outside. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. Smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home is NOT PERMITTED - loss of security deposit will occur.
