Welcome to this thoughtfully designed downstairs retreat in the heart of Ivywild. With mountain views and access to a vibrant shared backyard, this home offers a practical and relaxing setting for your Colorado adventures.

The living area is warm and inviting, designed with a delightful mix of contemporary and rustic elements. A plush gray sofa faces a white stone fireplace and Smart TV, creating a cozy focal point for relaxing evenings. For additional sleeping flexibility, the sofa easily converts into a queen-sized sleeper. The space features warm recessed lighting and individual portable AC units to ensure a cool, relaxing environment throughout your stay.
