Wonderful location to walk thru downtown Manitou Springs. The house is cabin like, well kept, and clean. Perfect location for experiencing the area. We drove to Colorado Springs on a couple of times, very easy. Parking was easy. The care taker was great and easy to reach.

Adorable little cottage close to downtown. Sitting out back listening to the stream was heaven! We will definitely be back when visiting the area.

We loved our stay! The house was comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal and the back patio was so relaxing to enjoy said meal. There were lots of movies to watch during down time. The location couldn’t be more perfect. I stayed with my two daughters and they loved the playground being so close and the creek to play in. We walked everywhere. We tasted all 8 mineral springs and played at the arcade several times. We’d love to come and stay again and would happily recommend the adorable little blue house on the creek.

Great location, cute cottage

This was the perfect short walk to downtown Manitou while just outside the shopping so still a quiet and tranquil stay. Everything we needed was provided and we all enjoyed the vacation a lot.

Quaint

This property is perfectly situated for hiking, shopping, and many great restaurants. The property was clean, and the property manager was in contact with us throughout our stay.

Great location

The cottage is conviently located to downtown Manitou Springs- walking distance to many shops and restaurants and only a short drive to many major attractions. The house met all of our needs. We would gladly stay here again!

Red Rocks with my Sis

Perfect cottage for my sister and myself to enjoy the nearby sights, hiking, shopping, and dining of Manitou Springs, as well as make the trip to Golden to catch a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Especially enjoyed the back patio area in the evenings, and close proximity to the Incline.

My family absolulty loved this little cottage. It is nestled in a perfect location to so many wonderful things. It was clean and perfect. I recommend this place to anyone. I loved every minute there.

We absolutely loved our stay at the little house by the creek in Manitou Springs. The house was absolutely perfect for everything we needed, especially the location both to downtown and Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We were able to park and walk most of the week without having to take our vehicle anywhere. Loved the creekside patio really appreciate your hospitality. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Cute House - Great Location

Very cute little house, but with all the necessary amenities. Central location to most activities/attractions and very short walk to downtown Manitou Springs. Would love to come back!
