"The staff was very supportive in assisting me with a late checkout for a medical need. However we didn’t require a late checkout! The property is very outdated, but it was clean, easy to navigate & the entire staff was friendly & accommodating. The property is in a great location & accessible to most of your travel needs. If I had one complaint it would be the “yapping” dog a few rooms down from us!"

"Restaurant was very, very slow. Waitress was so apologetic but I never got my food until it was time to go. Just had a plain sandwich. It was good but I ate it in the car. It happens. There was a big plumbing problem in one of our rooms. This shouldn’t happen to a brand new build. There were a lot of front desk people but not overly friendly. "This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn but guaranteed not to be the last. The rooms were clean, neat and supplied with necessary supplies (mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine). The amenities were excellent from the (hot) buffet style breakfast and evening Kickback snacks and dinner. But above all it was the excellent customer service!!! It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. "The first room we were given was not cleaned with any TLC. Immediately, after opening the shower curtain, I noticed several strands of hair on the shower wall. I could tell the bath had not been thoroughly cleaned, hence the strands of hair all over the wall. I had to rinse it myself. Even with that, the hair washed down easily. That tells me, the bathroom was not cleaned well. The toilet paper looked as though someone had recently used the toilet. The least the staff could have done was changed...
