Didn’t like the fact we had to explain ourselves to get our keys and NOT feel pressured to sit and listen to a presentation. "Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area."

"We stayed in a suite for 4 nights while exploring the Williamsburg area. It was great! We enjoyed the pool. I got some laundry done while we were there. The game room was fun. We enjoyed playing air hockey, fooseball and chess. Stores and restaurants were really close. I went to Food Lion to get groceries to keep in the room. We had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Wr saved money by not always eating out. Colonial Williamsburg is just down the road. I would definitely stay here again."

"The pool was not operational. The whole hotel lost water for half a day, and the front desk staff was rude and not helpful during that process. Will never stay here ever again."

"My stay was ok. The room was clean, but the King bed in the room had 2 big brown colored stains on the sheets. I reported it to the front desk and it was taken care of. I had checked in after dark and had a hard time finding my building due to a lack of lighting in the area. The building number signs need to be lit up or better lighting needs to be added in the area."

"Very conveniently located in Williamsburg, approx. 10-15 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It is located on Richmond Road which has many diverse options for food, attractions, and shopping. This hotel is dog-friendly with lots of grassy areas to use. Our room was very clean and I felt safe staying here for the weekend. I would definitely book here again!"
