"Everything met my family and my expectations. The only thing I disliked was the room keys would not stayed linked to the room and we would have to get the reprogrammed from time to time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Love the aesthetics of this place. Feels like a historical property as it is. Elevators can barely fit three people but you can only do so much working within the restrictions of a historical site. Staff was top notch. Cozy room, clean and comfy accommodations at a decent price. Would stay again if I go back to Richmond. "
